As a Senior Manager in Technology Transformation Program Delivery, you will drive change and innovation within our organization. Your role involves managing technology transformation projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, and delivering desired outcomes. You will oversee technical and non-technical teams, manage timelines, costs, quality, and shape the future of technology at EY.

Your key responsibilities

Leading and managing complex processes, solutions, and projects, focusing on quality and risk management. Navigating operational dynamics, achieving performance objectives, and:

• Providing leadership to teams including Managers.
• Leading teams to meet performance goals.
• Managing client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects.
• Travel as required by client needs.

Skills and attributes for success

Deep understanding of project and program delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall), problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices. You should also have:

• Developing strategic visions for clients and guiding their business plans.
• Communicating strategies effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Assessing client business models and identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborating with design, architecture, and technology teams to integrate business requirements.
• Participating in pitches and business development.
• Contributing to thought leadership and research.
• Maintaining industry points of view and digital capabilities.
• Growing key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Leading engagement delivery and managing engagement economics.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant Salesforce experience.
• Experience in areas like IoT, XaaS, solution architecture, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, big data, cloud, web development, social media solutions, content management, or enterprise data migration.
• 5+ years in platforms like Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics, Salesforce, Sprinklr, Adobe, SiteCore, WordPress, Hippo, Drupal, GE Proficy, JDA, NetSuite, SAP Hybris, iOS, Android.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Knowledge of industry practices and prior consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred qualifications

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications are highly valued.
