The Agile Product Owner Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team supporting Business Product Ownership for Express Scripts and Accredo front-end and back-end pharmacy operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires financial, technical, and operational expertise to ensure satisfaction with technology products, systems, and services aligned with company objectives.

Summary

Oversees various cross-functional technology projects within the Business Product Operations organization. Ensures project requirements are met and initiatives are delivered to maximize departmental value. Manages project deadlines and overall success from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic direction for operational, tactical, and strategic initiatives.
2. Coordinate activities among cross-functional team members to ensure timely project completion.
3. Partner with the Chief Business Product Owner to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
4. Identify project team members, gather and analyze data, develop queries, document requirements, track action items, and report on progress.
5. Manage the team responsible for project delivery, communicate with leadership regarding roadblocks and priorities.
6. Ensure successful project delivery within business and time constraints, support issue escalation and resolution.
7. Serve as a leader and escalation point for the Business Product Owners, supporting capability roadmap and delivery.
8. Assist in establishing strategic direction, acting as liaison between business and technology, monitoring results, and providing updates.
9. Conduct financial analysis, track savings and benefits, and report to leadership.
10. Facilitate project delivery, gather and document requirements for complex technology initiatives.
11. Handle special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial forecasting and project justification preferred.
• Experience working in an agile environment preferred.
• Understanding of home delivery and specialty fulfillment operations highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, influence others, and build relationships.
