Your Role And Responsibilities

1. Lead DevOps Architect Senior Manager, IBM Corporation, Armonk, New York, and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted):
2. Design and implement best practices in Salesforce development and DevOps processes and architecture.
3. Serve as a trusted advisor, engaging with customer architects and stakeholders on enterprise architecture principles like CI/CD, security, performance, quality, and governance.
4. Advise and mentor customer teams, including partner resources, on Salesforce software delivery.
5. Contribute to program vision, enabling technologies like Copado and Salesforce through DevOps best practices.
6. Guide application and integration development, solution architecture, environment management, testing, and Copado platform training.
7. Lead creation of technical design documents, integrating Copado into the customer's DevOps ecosystem.
8. Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive resolutions.
9. Build relationships with business partners, internal and external.
10. Review program artifacts to ensure projects stay on track and solutions are maintainable.
11. Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems.
12. Engage in R&D to enhance tools, processes, and team capabilities.
13. Ensure consistent application of development and DevOps methodologies among team members.
14. Utilize Salesforce, DevOps, Agile methodologies, Java, .Net, Python, and Cloud Computing services.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of progressive experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a DevOps Architect, Software Engineer, or related role, with experience in Salesforce, DevOps, Agile, Java, .Net, Python, and Cloud Services.
