Qualifications

• Experience in coaching upper Level 6+ bars and vault, including spotting flipping vaults, bar transitions, release moves and other level specific progressions.
• Coaching experience, 3 year minimum necessary.
• Must be available Afternoon/ Evenings/Possible Weekends.
• Part-time position with room to grow
• Up to 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnastics team members
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to athletes during practice and competitions
• Preparing athletes for competitions
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members during training and events
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide progress updates on athletes
• Assisting with coaching Xcel and Developmental/Compulsory Teams when needed
