Job summary

Black Diamond Kids Center in Brentwood, California, is seeking a part-time Competitive Gymnastics Team Coach to develop and implement training programs. Responsibilities include providing personalized coaching, choreographing routines, and ensuring athlete safety. Candidates must have at least 1 year of coaching experience, USAG Safety Certification, and a passion for mentoring young athletes. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnastics team members
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to athletes during practice and competitions
• Assist in choreographing routines and preparing athletes for competitions
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of all team members during training and events
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide progress updates on athletes

Coaching Xcel and Developmental

Ensure compliance with coaching standards and cultivate a culture of excellence.

Schedule

• Afternoon and evening availability required
