Job summary

Alpha Omega Gymnastics & Dance in Houston is seeking a Compulsory Team Gymnastics Coach (Lower Level Xcel/1-5). You will assist in coaching introductory competitive gymnasts and teach foundational skills, strength, flexibility, and proper technique.

You will help athletes prepare for future opportunities, support their development in a positive, encouraging atmosphere, and communicate effectively with parents and coaching staff.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Experience working with children, coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, sports, dance, or customer service.

• Gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, dance, or sports background.

• Sales or customer service experience.

• First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.

• Ability to demonstrate or assist with physical activities.

• Ability to supervise active children in a gym environment.

Work Schedule

This position is primarily scheduled during:
