Qualifications

• Valid U.S. Driver's license required.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up event venues including installing fences and tents.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe access to equipment storage.
• Ensure mountain bike events meet security and event criteria.

Skills

As a staff member in competition services, you’ll be part of a team focused on the daily tasks involved in the operations of on-mountainmountain biking events from the setup of the site, through the execution of various events to tear down and clean up once the event is over. This will focus on events and preparations for the upcoming winter race season.

• Expected Pay Range$20.00 - $21.78 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time
• Skill Level: Entry

Job Responsibilities:

• To continually strive to exceed our guest’s expectations
• Expected to be up to date with all event information and act as resort ambassador
• Event venue set up - Includes but is not limited to installing fences, tents, banners, timing wire, closures, etc.
• Responsible use and proper daily storage of timing equipment, fencing, banners, shovels, and other event materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe access to our different equipment storage areas
• Assisting in the transportation of event equipment
• Responsible for mountain radio and drill/batteries/drill bit, issued at the start of the season.
• Ensure mountain bike events are executed to meet the needs of the rider's security and event criteria
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to, and sometimes more than, 50lbs - required.
• Ability to work with power tools (cordless drills, etc.) - required.
• Ability to safely operate authorized vehicles - required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license - required.
• High school diploma - required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English - required.
• Intermediate/Advanced Mountain biking is an asset.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays - required.
• Race course operations or background - preferred.
• USSA official’s license - preferred.

The expected pay range is$20.00 - $21.78. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
