Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and manage compensation programs aligned with our business goals. You will partner with HRBPs, Finance, and leaders to drive performance and equity.

The role offers relocation support for candidates moving to Warroad, MN, with extensive benefits and opportunities across North America. You will lead annual merit, bonus cycles, and market adjustments while ensuring compliance and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including strategic program design.
Deep expertise in compensation program design, market analysis, and salary structures.
Experience supporting multi-location/manufacturing organizations preferred.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies aligned with business priorities and talent needs.
Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on compensation philosophy, pay decisions, and market trends.
Evaluate and recommend innovative compensation programs to support organizational growth and transformation.
Design, implement, and manage base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.
