Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, market data, and policy interpretation.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting.
• Ability to perform market studies and prepare salary recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes position descriptions and compensation requests.
• Performs compensation assessments such as reclassifications, promotions, and structure reviews.
• Evaluates classifications and compensation per university pay practices and systems.
• Maintains classification reports and positions with special designations.
• Develops reports and supports salary surveys and external data requests.

Education
