Job summary

Generate Capital, Inc. seeks a Compensation and People Operations Analyst to translate compensation philosophy into world-class programs. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent to ensure market-driven, well-designed programs communicated clearly.

The role involves Excel-based analysis, data preparation for budgets, and collaboration across People Operations to influence HR systems, reporting, immigration, benefits, and payroll.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of compensation experience in broad-based compensation or people operations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze compensation data and market trends.
• Proficient in using compensation benchmarking tools and HRIS systems; Excel expert.
• Clear and confident presentation skills; ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Discretion handling confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the company’s compensation strategy including base salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Assist in implementing and managing a new compensation system.
• Support annual compensation planning with data collection, analysis, and reporting to executives.
• Collaborate with People and Finance to prepare budgets and equity grant processing.
• Create and deliver communications materials for employees on compensation and equity programs.
