Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs, to oversee compensation programs and HR workflows, onboarding, personnel changes, and pay practice enhancements. This role also manages people analytics reporting and monitors compensation-related legislation for compliance, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent, accurate pay practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• 5+ years as HR Generalist or HR Specialist focusing on onboarding and/or total rewards.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• HR analytics and HRIS data management experience preferred.
• Professional HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administration of onboarding, promotions, transfers, and personnel actions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy of job data and compensation components.
• Provide guidance to managers on offering consistent, equitable compensation packages.
• Maintain onboarding modules and templates aligned with government standards.
• Maintain data integrity across the HRIS and other HR data sources.
• Oversee People Analytics function and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor compensation and reporting legislation and assess impact on policies.
• Develop and maintain library of job descriptions; manage version control.
• Support merger and acquisition activities by overseeing data integration.
