Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Manager, HR Programs to oversee compensation programs, onboarding, and HR workflows. You will ensure compliant pay practices and partner with leaders to drive consistency across the organization.

The role also involves people analytics reporting, monitoring compensation-related legislation, and guiding managers on compensation packages while maintaining HRIS data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with onboarding/total rewards focus.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• HR analytics and HRIS data management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Oversee compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manages escalations.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy and consistency of job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provides guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are consistent, equitable, and aligned with company policies.
• Maintains onboarding modules and templates within internal systems, ensuring content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with government standards.
• Oversees data integrity in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all HR data sources.
• Oversee the People Analytics function and provide guidance when necessary.
• Monitors compensation and reporting-related legislation and assess the impact on company policies and processes.
• Contributes to HR initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee a comprehensive library of job descriptions by ensuring each role has an accurate, up‑to‑date description and managing version control.
