Job summary
Oracle US seeks an experienced compensation professional to join the Global Compensation Consulting Team supporting the OCI line of business. You will collaborate with HRBPs, talent advisors, business leaders and our COE to deliver compensation solutions that attract and retain top talent.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of compensation consulting experience in a high-growth technology environment, plus strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ broad-based compensation experience with a strong consulting mindset.
- Experience in a high-tech company with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to build dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
- Proven relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to build effective business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Provide compensation consulting support to help OCI attract and retain key talent.
- Partner with HRBPs to prepare and execute annual compensation programs.
- Engage with the Talent Advisory organization to ensure the offer process effectively recruits needed talent including critical and senior level roles.
- Partner with other areas of compensation to provide business-relevant feedback and critical insights and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues and identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes.
