You will serve as the primary compensation resource, blending advisory expertise with hands-on administration to ensure accurate, compliant, and market-competitive practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years in progressive compensation roles with market pricing and salary structure administration.
• Experience with compensation surveys, benchmarking, and internal equity analysis.
• Experience with HRIS systems (GHR/Infor preferred) and compensation tools like CompAnalyst.
• Advanced Excel and compensation reporting/analytics skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs across GSOC, OPC, and GTC.
• Coordinate annual merit and incentive planning processes.
• Prepare compensation analyses and recommendations for leadership review.
• Monitor governance, consistency, and compliance of compensation practices.
• Perform job evaluations, market pricing analyses, and benchmark reviews.
• Develop recurring compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support data integrity of compensation transactions within HRIS.
