Job summary

Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) is seeking a Compensation Partner to support compensation programs, processes, and analytics across GSOC, OPC, and GTC. This role acts as the primary compensation resource and combines expert consultation with hands-on program administration.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of experience, strong Excel and reporting skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders and employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressive compensation experience with market pricing and salary structure administration.
Experience with compensation surveys, benchmarking, and internal equity analysis.
Experience administering compensation transactions in an HRIS; GHR/Infor preferred.
Experience with compensation tools such as CompAnalyst.

Responsibilities

Administer compensation programs across GSOC, OPC, and GTC.
Coordinate merit and incentive planning processes.
Prepare compensation analyses for leadership review.
Monitor practices for governance, consistency, and compliance.
Perform job evaluations, market pricing analyses, and benchmark reviews.
