Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) is seeking a Compensation Analyst to provide analytical and operational support for compensation programs serving GSOC, Oglethorpe Power Corporation (OPC), and Georgia Transmission Corporation (GTC). This role supports routine job evaluation, market pricing, FLSA compliance, data audits, reporting, models, and HRIS records that help keep compensation practices accurate , consistent, and compliant.
As a Compensation Analyst, you will partner with Compensation, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and department managers while maintaining a strong focus on data integrity, confidentiality, and responsive service. Developing compensation professional responsible for analytical and operational support across market pricing, job evaluation, FLSA support, HRIS data audits, reporting, and annual compensation cycle operations.
This opportunity is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with compensation data, Excel models, HRIS records, market survey information, and operational processes that support fair and market-informed pay practices. This role works under the general supervision of the Director of Compensation and receives day‑to‑day direction from the Compensation Partner while referring non‑routine or complex issues to senior compensation staff.
As a Compensation Analyst, you will help support compensation operations, market pricing, job evaluation, compliance documentation, analytics, and annual compensation cycle activities across the Family of Companies.
