Job summary

Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation is seeking a Compensation Manager for a full-time, hybrid role with on-site responsibilities in Lancaster, CA. You will lead job analyses, develop descriptions, benchmark salaries, and advise on adjustments to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

You will collaborate with the Director of People Services and stakeholders to implement compensation structures, while ensuring legal compliance and program alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, data analytics, or related field or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing job descriptions and compensation.
• Experience interpreting compensation data, trends, and metrics.
• Experience in project management and compensation program implementation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• CCP or SHRM certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute job analyses for all organizational roles.
• Develop and assess job descriptions and benchmark salaries.
• Recommend compensation adjustments to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organization policies.
• Collaborate with the Director, People Services and stakeholders to implement compensation structures aligned with market trends.
• Report to the Director, People Services or designee.
