ConnectiveRx is seeking a Compensation & HRIS Analyst (Contractor) to partner with the Director of Compensation on market pricing, salary administration, and workforce analytics in New Jersey. The role covers merit, bonus cycles, data integrity, and HRIS governance across major platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of compensation experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on work with Dayforce, Workday, UKG, Oracle, or SAP SuccessFactors, plus familiarity with Payfactors for
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- CCP certification preferred.
- 3–4 years of compensation experience required.
- Experience with Dayforce, Workday, UKG, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience with Payfactors for market pricing and salary structure.
Responsabilidades
- Administer annual merit and bonus planning cycles with budgeting and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity in compensation and HRIS through audits.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data and tools.
- Support salary structure administration and incentives.
