Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards & People Operations team. You will evaluate, benchmark, and maintain competitive total rewards programs to support rapid growth, leveraging AI-driven workflows to scale impact. Occasional travel may be required.

You will analyze market trends, maintain salary bands, and partner with stakeholders to provide data-driven compensation guidance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, equity administration, or strategic HR analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data modeling.
• Experience using external market surveys and job evaluation methodologies.
• Discretion handling confidential pay and equity data.
• Clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform job evaluations, market pricing, and salary band benchmarking across departments.
• Provide data-driven compensation guidance with People Ops and leaders.
• Assist administration of equity programs, grants, and cap table updates.
• Develop AI-driven workflows to scale compensation data analysis.
• Support annual merit, promotion, and incentive cycles.
• Audit data for equity, compliance, and consistency.
• Maintain job structures, families, and internal pay equity alignment.
• Build models to evaluate compensation structures and salary increases.
• Create compensation communications and training materials.
• Analyze market trends and external surveys to stay competitive.
