Job summary

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Compensation Director on the North America Rewards team. This hybrid Parsippany, NJ-based role partners with HR and Finance to shape compensation and recognition policies that attract, retain, and motivate talent while upholding Ferrero’s core values.

You will lead the year-end compensation cycle, oversee mobility and expatriate programs, support budgeting, and drive benchmarking and job evaluation initiatives for a global rewards roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience leading compensation programs for large organizations.
• Strong benchmarking, job evaluation and market data analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams (Finance, HR) to drive rewards strategy.
• Knowledge of mobility and expatriate compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual compensation cycle for North America.
• Partner with HR and Finance to design and implement compensation and recognition policies.
• Oversee mobility and expatriate compensation programs.
• Support personnel budgeting processes and headcount planning.
• Drive benchmarking, job evaluation and other Rewards projects across the region.
