Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience; degree not required if the candidate meets experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• 40%- Compensation Consulting, Research & Analysis: Evaluate and approve positions and actions to ensure equitable pay practices per campus policy and state guidelines; advise departments on classification and pay matters.
• 30%- Training: Develop and deliver compensation training materials for internal and external users.
• Special Projects: Assist with compensation/classification projects and Workday testing as needed.
• 20%- Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research, CUPA data analysis and internal reporting for needs assessment and quality control.
• 10%- Other duties as assigned.
