Position Description:
In the role of Compensation Consultant you will collaborate with managers and department leadership to maintain consistent, accurate and timely compensation consultation. Provide analysis of compensation trends and provide guidance for annual compensation planning. Develop presentations and graphical representations of data in support of recommendations. Work collaboratively with HR team members including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Data and HRIS, Faculty Affairs and Talent Planning and Development.
All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT.

Specifications Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Required Experience: 1-2 years of compensation, and/or HR experience, and/or financial reporting/analytics, or equivalent combination of education, years of experience, or certification. Target salary range for this position is between $64,300.00 and $81,400.00 annually. The final offered salary will depend on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and knowledge, as well as considerations of internal equity and market alignment.
