Job summary

- Knowledge of federal and state laws related to compensation practices
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), and PowerPoint
- Experience with human resources information systems and commercial market pricing databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros and complex formulas
- Experience in healthcare or government contracting organizations
- Background in benefits and/or human resources systems
- Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or CCP (Certified Compensation Professional)
- Experience providing training or guidance on HR systems or processes
