Role: Compensation Consultant
You will collaborate with managers and leadership to ensure accurate compensation practices, analyze trends, and support annual planning. Develop data presentations and work with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Data, HRIS, Faculty Affairs, and Talent Planning & Development.
Remote work is permitted within MCW-registered states: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, UT.
Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, stress management, confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and plan effectively.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 1-2 years in compensation, HR, or analytics; equivalent combination acceptable.
Certification: Compensation Certification preferred.
Salary range: $64,300 - $81,400 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
