The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Compensation Consultant to collaborate with leadership on compensation consulting. Role: Compensation Consultant
You will collaborate with managers and leadership to ensure accurate and timely compensation consulting, analyze trends, develop presentations, and work with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Data and HRIS, Faculty Affairs, and Talent Planning and Development.
Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
All remote work must be performed within MCW registered payroll states: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, UT.
Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills are essential.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Experience: 1-2 years in compensation, HR, or analytics; certification preferred.
Target salary range: $64,300 - $81,400 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
