The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and experience in compensation or HR analytics, with a target salary range of $64,300 - $81,400 annually.

As a Compensation Consultant, you will collaborate with managers and leadership to ensure accurate and timely compensation advice, analyze trends, and support annual planning. You will develop presentations and work with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Data, HRIS, Faculty Affairs, and Talent Planning and Development.
Note: Remote work is permissible within MCW registered payroll states.
Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, stress management, confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills are essential.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 1-2 years in compensation, HR, or analytics, or equivalent.
Preferred: Compensation Certification.
Target salary range: $64,300 - $81,400 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
