In the role of Compensation Consultant, you will collaborate with managers and leadership to ensure accurate compensation consultation, analyze trends, and support annual planning. Develop presentations and work with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Data, HRIS, Faculty Affairs, and Talent Planning and Development.
Certification: CCP preferred. Remote work within MCW registered states: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, UT.
Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills. Ability to conceptualize and prioritize work effectively.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in compensation, HR, or analytics; equivalent combination acceptable.
Preferred: Compensation Certification.
Salary Range: $64,300 - $81,400 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
