Job summary

Venteon is seeking a Manager, Compensation and Benefits to lead administration and continuous improvement of our employee benefits programs while supporting key compensation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence program strategy, manage vendor relationships, and enhance the employee experience through competitive and cost-effective programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in benefits administration and compensation.
• Strong knowledge of health, retirement, disability, leave, wellness, and voluntary benefits.
• Experience managing vendors, reviewing RFPs, and negotiating service agreements.
• Knowledge of benefits laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting merit reviews, salary planning, incentive administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
• Lead annual open enrollment and prepare communications and guides.
• Partner with brokers and carriers to ensure effective administration.
• Evaluate programs and recommend enhancements based on cost and utilization.
• Coordinate benefits audits, compliance testing, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Support salary administration and market pricing.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports for leadership.
