Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years of benefits administration/compliance/vendor management experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and benefits administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee employee benefits programs including enrollment and plan maintenance.
• Manage open enrollment, life events, and post-enrollment audits.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and related regulations.
• Analyze benefits data and prepare reports for budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and retirement plan providers.
• Support annual benefits renewals and program implementations.
