The role requires analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and collaboration with Finance and Legal to resolve issues and drive program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for compensation/benefits roles.
• Minimum four years in compensation and benefits management.
• Experience in financial services and multi-state payroll preferred.
• Certification in CCP or CEBS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compensation data in HRIS/payroll systems with updates for merit adjustments and promotions.
• Manage semi-monthly payroll processing and ensure timely funding.
• Oversee salary reviews and job classifications for equity and accuracy.
• Lead benefits programs, enrollment, and compliance with ERISA/ACA/FMLA.
• Develop communications on total rewards and support managers on questions.
