Job summary

Dometic North America is seeking a Compensation and Benefits professional to support employee programs across the region. You will administer benefit plans, assist with compensation analysis, and deliver high-level customer service within the North America Shared Services team in Elkhart, Indiana.

Responsibilities include managing benefits enrollment, preparing compensation reports, and ensuring compliance with wage regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems (UKG a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support compensation analysis and benefits administration for the North America region.
• Provide exceptional service to internal customers and HR teammates.
• Coordinate benefits enrollments, COBRA, and related processing.
• Prepare regular compensation reports and analyses ensuring compliance with wage regulations.
