Dometic is seeking an HR Administrator to join its North America HR Shared Services team in Elkhart, IN. You will support payroll, benefits, and data integrity across the region, processing routine tasks and ensuring timely, accurate HRIS entry.

The role emphasizes collaboration with payroll, compensation and benefits specialists, with opportunities to improve processes, report generation, and annual cycles such as open enrollment and merit review.

Formación

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years’ Internship or administrative experience supporting HR payroll or benefits functions or a relevant combination of course work and professional experience.
• Experience within HRIS, payroll or benefits systems a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding employee service by responding to inquiries regarding pay and benefits with a high level of care and timeliness.
• Generate routine reports and assist with Ad Hoc data requests.
• Document and follow operating procedures.
• Support Payroll and Benefit audits and compliance activities.
• Complete HRIS data entry ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Assist with annual processes such as the merit cycle, open enrollment and year end payroll processing.
• Complete payroll reconciliation activities before and after payroll.
• Maintain and distribute payroll and benefits related communications.
