Dometic is seeking a Compensation and Benefits professional to support North America Shared Services in Elkhart, IN. You will administer employee benefit plans, assist with compensation analysis, and deliver high-level customer service to internal stakeholders.

The role involves benefits processing, data management, and analytics to drive equitable compensation and cost efficiency. Ideal candidates have HR/benefits experience and strong Excel skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
• One to three years of related compensation and/or employee benefits administration experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
• Experience using HRIS, payroll and benefits systems. UKG experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with compensation analysis tools and surveys a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service support to internal customers.
• Develop communication tools to enhance employee’s understanding of the company benefit offerings and value.
• Support open enrollment activities annually.
• Design and distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment and summary plan descriptions.
• Provide training, education and support for employees and HR team members as needed.
• Manage vendor billing. Provide data for auditing and assessments.
• Conduct market compensation analysis and benchmarking studies for new and existing roles to drive successful recruitment and internal equity.
• Support the maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database and update employee payroll records.
• Prepare regular compensation reports and analysis ensuring compliance with applicable wage and pay regulations.
• Constantly evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
• Assist with administration of Sales Incentive plans.
• Coordinate daily benefits processing including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, QDROs, QMCSOs and compliance testing.
• Pension plan administration including annual non-discrimination testing
• Provide support during annual merit, incentive and compensation planning processes.
