Dometic, a global leader in the mobile living industry, seeks an HR Administrator to support North America Shared Services in Elkhart, IN. You will partner with payroll, compensation and benefits to deliver accurate employee data, process improvements, and efficient service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor or Associate degree and 1–2 years of HR payroll or benefits support experience, with strong data integrity, discretion, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–2 years’ Internship or administrative experience supporting HR payroll or benefits functions.
• Experience within HRIS, payroll or benefits systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding employee service by responding to inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
• Generate routine reports and assist with Ad Hoc data requests.
• Document and follow operating procedures.
• Support Payroll and Benefit audits and compliance activities.
• Complete HRIS data entry ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Assist with annual processes such as the merit cycle, open enrollment and year end payroll processing.
• Complete payroll reconciliation activities before and after payroll.
• Maintain and distribute payroll and benefits related communications.
