Cobalt Service Partners, LLC is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to administer and improve compensation and benefits programs across all partner companies. This hybrid role is based in Nashville, TN, with 2 on-site days per week.

You will manage compensation records, bonus/commission calculations, benefits renewals, and onboarding of acquisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely renewals across the platform.

Formación

• Expertise in compensation, benefits, and open enrollment processes.
• Strong analytical skills for cost modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience building and validating compensation calculations and cost models.
• Ability to document and optimize HR processes and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate compensation records across partner companies.
• Calculate and payout bonus and commission using established frameworks.
• Manage compensation bands and onboarding of acquisitions.
• Benchmark roles against market data and analyze pay equity.
• Support annual merit cycle: tracking, submissions, reporting.
