Job summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners seeks an experienced Compensation Analyst for an onsite role in Fort Worth, TX. You will administer and improve compensation programs, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations to implement data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in compensation or HR analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with HRIS/payroll. Dayforce, Power BI, and pay equity analysis are preferred, with 100% onsite work in Fort Worth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or a related HR function.
Experience with compensation analysis, market pricing, benchmarking, and/or compensation planning.

Responsibilities

Conduct compensation market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and market data.
Support annual compensation planning cycles, including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, and incentive programs.
Analyze internal and external compensation data to evaluate market competitiveness and pay equity.
Review job descriptions and assist with job evaluation, leveling, and position classifications.
Develop compensation models and recommendations for new and existing positions.
Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, analyses, and presentations for HR leadership and stakeholders.
