Job summary

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Experience – 1 Year of Experience.

Responsibilities

• Helps Compensation management in partnership with the Senior Compensation Consultants to gather, extract, compile, report and audit data (employee or job) while ensuring data is accurate and meets the needs of the department or requestor.
• Reviews ServiceNow (SNOW), Taleo or Management Self Service (MSS) requests and resolves, distributes or escalates requests to others to ensure a timely resolution.
• Tracks and documents requests to ensure established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
• Researches, gathers data and performs statistical testing and interpretation of data to give solutions and recommendations.
• Helps the Compensation Team in partnership with others to ensure all required processes to identify, plan, develop and deliver compensation services are clearly documented and current.
