Job summary

Maury Regional Health is seeking a Compensation Specialist to coordinate and administer the compensation program for the organization. The role involves using market data and the existing compensation structure to recommend pay grades, maintain salary documentation, and conduct audits.

The position requires a Bachelor's Related Field (preferred) and 2 years related experience (preferred). The incumbent will collaborate with Talent Acquisition to set pay for new hires, promotions and transfers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Related Field Preferred.
• 2 Years Related Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers the compensation program using market data and the existing structure.
• Performs position evaluations and pay analyses to support appropriate pay grades.
• Maintains documentation of salary structures, pay practices and incentive programs.
• Conducts pay and position audits to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Oversees the performance management system/process and maintains job descriptions.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to establish pay for new hires, promotions and transfers.
