Job summary

The Compensation Analyst at Baylor Scott & White Health partners with program management to deliver accurate pay information and ensure policy compliance. You will support data gathering, auditing, and reporting to help leaders make informed decisions.

You will also prepare training materials and communications, maintain HRIS reports, and collaborate with compensation colleagues to improve processes for a large healthcare system in Texas.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Compensation, Analytics or HR related field.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research, analyze data, and make recommendations.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist compensation management with pay data and policy adherence.
• Gather, compile, report, and audit compensation data.
• Review service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and run reports from HRIS systems.
• Develop training materials and knowledge base content.
• Create socialization materials for internal and external use.
