Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to analyze and enhance compensation programs, with an initial focus on the Retail division. You will partner with HRBPs and Payroll to validate data for commissions and incentives, and provide actionable recommendations to improve accuracy and reporting.

You will handle inquiries in the HRIS, support system improvements, and contribute to special compensation-related projects across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large data sets.
• Ability to maintain confidential data and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBPs and Payroll to analyze data for commission, bonus, and incentive programs.
• Perform data analysis on pay structures to recommend enhancements and improve reporting.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in compensation data with Total Rewards, Payroll, and HRBPs.
