Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience handling large data sets.
• Ability to maintain confidential data and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with HRBPs and Payroll to analyze compensation data for incentives and pay practices.
• Conduct data analysis on pay structures and provide actionable recommendations.
• Generate monthly commission reports and support system improvements in HRIS and POS data.
• Address data discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries with accurate resolutions.
