The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst to shape competitive total compensation programs across multiple states. You will design base pay, incentive, and commission structures for luxury showroom environments and partner with HR and leadership to align with our brand values.

In this role you will benchmark market compensation, conduct analytics, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver insightful reports to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis in luxury retail or similar industry.
• Expertise in total compensation programs, including commission structures and incentive plans.
• Multi-state experience with strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; experience with compensation modeling and analytics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Monitor effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on market trends and performance data.
• Conduct multi-state market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
• Prepare compensation surveys and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain documentation and audit processes for compensation programs.
• Deliver actionable compensation reports and dashboards to leadership.
• Analyze pay equity and recommend corrective measures as needed.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Core Accountabilities

Total Compensation Strategy

• Design and administer comprehensive compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and commission structures tailored for luxury retail environments.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align programs with business objectives and brand values.
• Work autonomously to develop recommendations, troubleshoot problems, and deliver accurate compensation insights with minimal supervision.

Commission Plan Development

• Create and evaluate commission structures for showroom and boutique colleagues to incentivize client engagement and sales excellence.
• Monitor effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on market trends and performance data.

Market Benchmarking & Analysis

• Conduct multi-state market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
• Prepare compensation surveys and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Essential Experience and Attributes
