Job summary

FLEXSYS in Akron, OH seeks an HR Analytics & Global Compensation Manager to partner with the CHRO, delivering accurate reporting, insights, and decision support across HR operations and enterprise projects.

Responsibilities include leading global compensation design, merit planning, budgeting, HRIS administration, data governance, and AI-enabled reporting initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HR analytics, HRIS, compensation, or related HR roles.
• Strong working knowledge of compensation principles; global compensation experience a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Paylocity preferred; data management and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring and ad hoc HR reporting, analytics, and workforce insights (headcount, turnover, hiring, retention, org metrics).
• Build dashboards, reports, and analyses to support HR leadership and business decisions.
• Lead global compensation programs and processes; analyze market pricing and merit planning; drive salary structure reviews.
