Job summary

Daikin-Goodman-Manufacturing- is seeking a Compensation Specialist to support compensation programs and policies aligned with strategic objectives. The role involves implementing strategies, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance on compensation practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities include policy development, job evaluation support, reporting, HRIS maintenance, and participation in salary surveys.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance or business preferred.
1–3 years Compensation or Finance experience.
Broad theoretical knowledge obtained through advanced education.

Responsibilities

Provides Compensation policy guidance and interpretation.
Implements strategy and goals/objectives for compensation.
Assists in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures and their dissemination.
Supports job evaluation and annual review of organization job leveling.
Prepares reports and maintains records.
Supports maintenance of job code table in HRIS and job description library in HR SharePoint.
Assist in the administration of company programs such as employee recognition.
Develops knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Conducts external benchmarking activities within functional area, including participation in salary surveys.
Participates in the delivery of functional training.
Ensures equitable program adherence across different business units and teams.
Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
