Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy for Alliance Air Products, with focus on U.S. and Mexico operations. Build structures, benchmark roles, and advise leaders across regions.

The role requires Spanish and English fluency, deep compensation expertise, and ability to influence strategic decisions in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for business discussions and presentations.
• Experience with merit planning, salary structures, and market benchmarking.
• Knowledge of job evaluation, architecture, leveling, and program administration.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to consult with leaders and influence compensation-related decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary compensation advisor for Alliance Air Products and Mexico operations.
• Design and maintain compensation structures and job frameworks.
• Conduct job evaluations, pricing analyses, and benchmarking for roles.
• Partner with HR, Finance and leaders to provide guidance and insights.
• Support governance across U.S. and Mexico operations and compliance.
• Lead compensation projects for growth, acquisitions, and integration.
• Participate in annual programs including merit planning and reviews.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and models for decision making.
• Evaluate leadership positions for market competitiveness and equity.
• Establish scalable practices for future international expansion.
