Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Compensation Analyst to administer all compensation programs and systems, providing expert support to HR on base pay, incentives and other pay components.

You will manage North American base pay and incentive programs, participate in salary surveys and annual reviews, and support mergers and acquisitions compensation integration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in compensation analysis, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s and CCP preferred), and HRIS experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years' experience in compensation programs.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree and CCP preferred.
• HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer North American base pay and incentive programs including annual merit increase review and bonus cycles.
• Support projects such as survey participation and analysis, annual salary reviews, and compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions.
• Conduct job evaluation to ensure consistency across functions and geographies, updating the job catalog accordingly.
• Assist HR Business Partners and Managers with compensation-related initiatives and data-driven recommendations for new hires, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments.
• Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure regulatory compliance and inform managers.
• Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure HRIS/payroll reflect compensation changes.
• Prepare communications of salary and bonus programs for internal presentations, trainings and policy documents.
