Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Compensation Specialist to assist HR leadership in planning, developing, and implementing compensation programs aligned with organizational goals. The role involves detailed data analysis, policy administration, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will build cross-functional relationships, support pay equity initiatives, and collaborate with recruiting. A Bachelor's degree is required, with CCP preferred and advancement within two years, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in compensation.
• CCP certification preferred; CCP must be obtained within 2 years.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing and implementing compensation programs and policies.
• Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of compensation practices.
• Administer compensation plans in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with management at all levels.
• Support HR leadership with data-driven compensation insights and pay equity initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiting on compensation and related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws affecting compensation practices.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
