Job summary

Taylor Morrison Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs and market pricing. You will participate in salary surveys, benchmark jobs, and advise on FLSA classifications while collaborating with People Services to ensure compliant programs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in compensation, HR experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and CCP is preferred. This role supports coverage in a part-time, job-share arrangement and offers extensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of compensation experience required.
  • Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • CCP preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
  • Experience in homebuilding industry or related industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure competitive pay through research and evaluation of market pay practices.
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze competitive salary information to determine competitive position.
  • Benchmark jobs based on market data to determine competitive position and determine FLSA exemption classification.
  • Partner with People Services to provide guidance on compensation matters and provide training as needed.
  • Assist with the design, implementation and administration of compensation policies and programs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of all compensation programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SummaryAs a Compensation Analyst working for Taylor Morrison, you will provide compensation support and administer Taylor Morrison’s compensation programs. Determine competitive pay amounts, participate in salary surveys, job evaluations, market pricing and administer bonus programs.This role is a job-share opportunity, where two part-time Team Members jointly fulfill the responsibilities of one full-time role. The ideal candidate will partner closely with their peer to ensure seamless coverage, collaboration, and accountability.
