Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Compensation Analyst to analyze market trends, conduct salary surveys, and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations. You will support administration of compensation programs and partner with leaders to develop job descriptions and pay structures.

Responsibilities include developing compensation documents, training materials, and communications to end users, evaluating jobs, and ensuring base pay remains competitive within the company’s strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in data analysis, job description development and evaluation as well as market pricing and survey participation.
• Ability to work under multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Knowledge of HR and compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong customer service focus and problem resolution skills.
• PHR/SPHR or related certifications or advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years preferred in data analysis, job description development and review.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and conduct salary surveys for compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in compensation.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions in collaboration with Service Line Leaders.
• Develop compensation structures, policies, and training materials for end users.
• Evaluate jobs and recommend pay changes based on analysis.
• Provide support to HR staff and Hospital Management on compensation policies.
