Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional compensation experience.
• Proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and advanced Excel formulas.
• Experience with salary structures, market pricing, job evaluation, job descriptions, position management, and compensation data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, audit, and maintain Beacon's salary structures and compensation programs.
• Conduct market analyses and benchmark surveys to inform pay decisions.
• Evaluate positions for title, family, career level, salary grade, and FLSA classification.
• Maintain job descriptions and the centralized job-description library.
• Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and position-management systems.
